A meeting is scheduled to coincide with the release of the results of the curricular course and teacher evaluation tests, in order to prepare the QA Group's activities for data collection and subsequent analysis.
Group meetings are also scheduled whenever any issue is reported at a program council meeting by one of its members.
The finalized commentary on the Annual Monitoring Report (SMA) is discussed by the program council for approval and forwarded to the relevant bodies for further action.
The QA Group also prepares the SUA report, gathering all information regarding the program structure and activities, organizing the work according to the established deadlines.
